The course offers an advance hands-on exposure to carry out isolation and purification of enzymes. The students also have a chance to acquire advanced techniques in protein purification and structural analysis. The students will learn about enzyme kinetics, enzyme catalysis, enzyme regulation and immobilization of enzymes. This course also taught the application of enzymes in various industries. On completion of the course participants should be able to:

- Perform practical in Enzyme and Protein Purification Technology.
- Prepare assignment using a variety of resource materials.
- Present orally on topics related to Enzyme and Protein Purification Technology.
