This particular module will provide the students to develop strategic thinking in applying management principles and conduct situational analysis environment scanning. The course deals with the set of managerial decisions and actions that determines the long – run performance of a business. It includes environmental scanning, both external and internal; strategy formulation, strategic or long – range; strategy implementation; evaluation; and control.
