Programme Overview
This particular programme of Micro-Credential will help students to understand the strategic position and the functions of Operations Management in organizations, the problem domain and methodologies, the strategic policies and the application of control charts to continuously improve business processes. The students will be familiar with industrial application programs, and have the basic knowledge and creativity in applying modeling techniques to solve real world problems.

• Present in a group a solution to global challenges and barriers such as customer complaints and service failures in a professional manner.
• Arrange the priorities of the reasons why some service organizations are consistently deemed to deliver and manage very high levels of performance from their perspectives
