Entry Requirements
1. Passed Higher School Certificate Malaysia (STPM) with a full pass in 2 subjects or equivalent with a minimum CGPA of 2.0 and pass the Certificate of Education (SPM) or equivalent with a credit in Mathematics; or
2. Passed the Matriculation Programme or Foundation of PPT recognized by the Malaysian Government with a CGPA of 2.0 and credit in Mathematics at SPM level or equivalent; or
3. A-Level pass with a minimum the lack of a pass in 2 subjects including a credit in Mathematics at SPM level or equivalent; or
4. Passing the Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with at least grade B in 5 subjects including Mathematics and English; or
5. Graduated Diploma (Level 4 Qualification Framework (MOH)) in Computing or equivalent with a CGPA minimum 2.5; or candidates who obtained a CGPA below 2.5 but above 2.0 may be accepted subject to a rigorous internal assessment process; or Graduated Diploma (Level 4.KKM) than field Computing with a CGPA minimum 2.5 and credit in Mathematics at SPM level; or
6. Other equivalent qualifications recognized by the Malaysian Government

For International students, a Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) score of 500 OR an International English Language Testing System (IELTS) score of 5.0 OR its equivalent is needed. If a student does not meet this requirement, HEPs must offer English proficiency courses to ensure that the student’s proficiency is sufficient to meet the needs of the program. This is normally conducted through an assessment process.
