Micro-Credential in Bioinformatics
Programme Overview
Bioinformatics programme is designed to introduce biotechnologists to mathematical and computational representation to solve biological. Students will learn how to use the databases and alignment. Furthermore, they will learn about the biomolecular simulations, protein structure, and design drugs using bioinformatics tools. They also understand about protein-protein interactions. After completion of this course students can analyze complex problem of DNA, RNA and protein in a biological system. The course focuses on the theoretical insight as well as the practical skills using free open-source bioinformatics software to tackle common biological problems.
Learning Outcomes
