Micro-Credential in Wireless Communication
Programe Overview:
The aim is to provide the in-depth technical knowhow and its technology, with a thorough grounding in the principles underlying the inside of wireless communication. The subject examined and highlighted on the sub-field and sub-system of 2G, 3G and 4G wireless networks that were installed by the mobile operators. It covers the cell planning & coverage, traffic and switching in the system which are being used in the current wireless network deployment. Element of planning, design and development of wireless network plays significant roles in this course as well as for further studies. Strategic analysis on network performance is also vital to equip student ability and capability to analyze different type of wireless network. It is designed and developed for students to enhance the inside of design and development methodologies, knowledge and skills of wireless network to adapt with the changing of technology in wireless communication. The subject covers in-depth knowledge of sub-fields of wireless communication so as to examine the entire systems as well as sub-systems in wireless communication. It also focuses on the cell coverage, co-channel interference, antenna, switching and traffics engineering in wireless communication.
Learning Outcomes
