Course Objectives
The objectives of the Certificate in Reception Operations and Service are to enable employees to acquire broad overall knowledge of general reception and front office procedures, customer care and personal presentation, selling skills – promoting the business, thus providing employees with a strong base for career development.
Entry Requirements
* Must have at least a Sijil Perlajaran Malaysia (SPM) qualification with a good command of the English language both written and spoken. Prospective students who do not meet this entry requirment may be considered through an interview.
Course Duration
* The duration of the program is 4 months of study on a part-time basis.
Course Fees
* The course fees for the whole program is Malaysian Ringgit 3750.00. This excludes a one time registration and examination fee. Foreign students need to apply visa, a visa fee will be applicable. Course fees are payable in easy installments.

* Dealing with reservations and guests' accounts.
