| The qualification in Accommodation Operations and Services is an important qualification for people who work in Room Accommodation and guest areas in hotels, corporate accommodation facilities, where first impressions, comfort and high quality customer service are essential. This qualification is awarded by Lincoln College.
Course Objectives
The objectives of the Certificate in Accommodation Operations and Services are to enable employees to acquire broad overall knowledge of cleaning procedures and organization of cleaning, customer care and personal skills, thus providing employees with a strong base for career development.
Entry Requirements
* Must have at least a Sijil Perlajaran Malaysia (SPM) qualification with a good command of the English language both written and spoken. Prospective students who do not meet this entry requirment may be considered through an interview.
Course Duration * The duration of the program is 4 months of study on a part-time basis.
Course Fees
* The course fees for the whole program is Malaysian Ringgit 3,750.00. This excludes a one time registration and examination fee. Foreign Students need to apply for student visa, a visa fee will be applicable. Course fees are payable in easy installments.

* Safety and security of self and others.
* Customer care and personal skills.
* Cleaning procedures and organization of cleaning.
* Care of textiles.
Course Tutors
* The certificate will be taught and facilitated by very experienced resource personnel who have gained considerable experience in the industry.
Award
* Successful participants will be awarded the Lincoln College Certificate in Accommodation Operations and Services.
