Lecturers for the Diploma in Teaching. Minimal requirement: Master of Science or a Master of Arts in Education from a reputable university or college.

A letter of completion of the course from the tertiary institution is required. Read the requirements carefully.

The candidate must have a Bachelors Degree in English and Master of Science or a Master of Arts complete with true certified copies of the awards as well as transcripts.

A reminder to all candidates who are interested to be lecturers, please prepare complete resumes. If the resume states that you have obtained a Master degree, then the next awards we will search are Post Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Certificate. Bachelor Degree and the next will be the Diploma or pre – university and followed by SPM or STPM. However, if you are still pursuing a Master Degree or PhD part time, request the university or college to prepare a letter to true certify you as a student of the post graduate award.

 

Always and it is mandatory to attach the 3 highest academic awards  in order (PhD, Master and Bachelor) followed by Post Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Certificate, Diploma and SPM. If you have STPM, include it. However, if there professional qualifications, then the arrangement will   the 3 highest academic awards in order (PhD, Master and Bachelor) followed by Post Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Certificate, Diploma, and Professional Awards then followed by STPM and SPM.

Trainee Lecturers (Junior Lecturers) in computing for Foundation, Year 1 and Year 2 the first degree should be a BA / BSc in Computing or a related discipline. Fresh graduate from a reputable university or college. No experiences required.

Trainee lecturers will be guided by mentors and groomed by their mentors the moment they are hired. One of the attitudes is that they must be sincere and patient with students. Enjoy working with young people. The rest of the skills will be guided by their mentors. They (Trainee lecturers) will be exposed to MQA visits and marking of examination papers.

Senior Lecturers of Business Masters in Business Information Technology, International Business, Commerce, Finance Management or higher or pursuing a PhD in the related field.

Department Heads

All department heads must have a Master Degree or preferably a PhD in the related field such as Computer Science, Multimedia, Graphic Design (Graphic Design Coordinator), Game Design (Game Design Coordinator), pharmacy, nursing, hotel catering, Business and English. Candidates who seek experience in lecturing but holding Master and Bachelor degree followed by Post Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Certificate, Diploma and SPM (minimal secondary school education), please post resumes or come personally to meet the HR Officer.
