Lincoln College also provides a home away from home for its international students with its apartment-style accommodation. The accommodation is a 5-minute walk from the college and is close to public transportation. Every apartment is fully furnished, complete with fans, furniture and basic living necessities. Students are responsible for their rooms and can add personal for the comfort of their living. Occupants are advised to bring their own pillows and linen, as the College will not provide these items.

The College provides twin-sharing and triple-sharing style units for the students. These students can enjoy all the facilities of condo living such as the swimming pool, badminton court, tennis court and gymnasium. The students are also expected to abide by all Hostel Rules given by the Condominium Management as well as the College.
