Electronics, from the most simple digital watch to complexcomputer networks, are found throughout today's society.Technological advances in electronics have allowed highlysophisticated devices to become commonplace. Mobilephones, portable computers, complete telephone networksand CD players are found everywhere, but very few peopleunderstand how they work or are in a position to improvethem or develop completely new technologies.
The Engineering Department of Electrical and Electronics Technology offers a 28 months diploma program of Electrical and Electronics Technology designed to train motivated students with technical aptitude in the skills required for electrical and electronics fields. The program provides a well-balanced mix of courses in electrical, electronics and computer hardware technology, and also provides expert training in electrical installation
